See More of Europe in Just ONE Trip!

Header-Maria

If you’ve never been to Europe, or want to explore multiple European countries in one trip, panorama tours are perfect for you. You get to experience and compare a variety of cultures, take in the must-see sights, and make the most vivid memories. From the ancient ruins in Italy and Greece to the spectacular architecture in France, Globus shows you Europe like no one else. On our escorted tours, we include the must-see sights as well as special gems and behind-the-scenes activities, such as a woodcarving demonstration in Germany’s Black Forest, a pasta party in Venice, a Stein of beer or Spätzi at Munich’s famous Hofbräuhaus, a visit to the world’s largest flower market in Holland, and much more. With Globus, you’ll not only see Europe—you’ll experience it!

Still in need of some convincing as to why panorama tours are the way to go? Read one of our traveler’s highlights from their adventure on the Essential Europe tour:

The Essential Europe tour starts with two nights in Rome, where you will enjoy a special welcome dinner with wine at a lively Roman restaurant, and ends with two nights in London. You will also stop in major cities like Florence, Venice, Lucerne, and Paris. All “must-see” features such as St. Peter’s, the Sistine Chapel, and the Colosseum in Rome; Michelangelo’s David in Florence, St. Mark’s Square in Venice, the second floor of the Eiffel Tower in Paris, and St. Paul’s in London are included. Special highlights are a pizza party in Florence, a pasta dinner in Venice, and an exciting ride by private water taxi through the Grand Canal. From Italy, cross the border to subtropical Lugano in Switzerland, then drive through the Alps via the St. Gotthard and William Tell country to picture-book Lucerne, where you have a relaxing 2-night stay. Admire the Lion Monument during your walking tour and taste Swiss chocolate pralines. Enjoy a 2-night-stay in Paris, and visit the second floor of the Eiffel Tower, then board the Eurostar train for a smooth ride to London. This is a wonderful vacation to see the most popular cities of Europe!

1. Happy Lines – We were a happy group of VIPs! We cut each and every line for every single excursion and site. For example, the Vatican, we were the 2nd group in at 9am with no waiting. We cut lines at Colosseum, Academy of Fine Arts in Florence, The Private Boat to St. Mark’s Square, the Train down from Mt. Pilatus in Lucerne, the line for Moulin Rouge – with our front row seats I might add, – Windsor Castle and much more. We felt like the most special people in Europe, but I did feel a little guilty getting in front of all those hundreds in line. When you are on a tour and have limited time to see so many different sites, time is so valuable. Globus makes it happen!

2. Hotel Locations – In Rome, two blocks from the Vatican; in Lucerne, two blocks from town; our hotel in Paris, two blocks from the Eiffel Tower; in London, two blocks from Buckingham Palace, you guessed it, TWO BLOCKS! Beautiful hotels and definitely CENTRALLY LOCATED!

3. Experienced Tour Director and City Tour Guides – Our Tour Director was from France and has been with Globus for over 15 years. He took care of every need and every detail of the entire tour. He booked optional tours and took in payments right on the coach. He even added a Cruise on the Seine that wasn’t even listed in our optional list. He purchased chocolates in Lucerne for each guest. He added little touches that meant so much to our group. The City Tour Guides have guided Globus groups for over 10-15 years. They were so knowledgeable!

4. Globus has over 85 years of experience and this really shows when you are on a Globus tour. I have never been so impressed with a vacation. With extreme confidence, I advise you to book a panorama tour with Globus. I appreciate all they did as a company and I will be back on tour again soon!
